Konnten unseren Urlaub nicht antreten, da das gebuchte Beachhouse überbucht war. Dies wurde aber erst vor Ort in Sassenburg festgestellt. Wir wurden quasi im Regen stehen gelassen. Es wurde sich nicht um Ersatz gekümmert. Im Gegenteil, die Rezeption an der wir uns gemeldet haben, schloss einfach. Der schlimmste Reiseanbieter den ich bis jetzt kennengelernt habe. Zahlen sie uns unseren Buchungspreis in Höhe von 277€ plus angefallene Kosten von ca 100€ (Benzingeld) zurück. Hatte ihnen auch schon eine separate E-Mail zukommen lassen.
