Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, sobald wir wussten, wo wir hinmussten. Es gab überhaupt keinen Empfang; wir mussten selbst anrufen, um herauszufinden, welches Ferienhaus wir gemietet hatten und wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen sollten. Es gab keinerlei Informationen darüber, wie die Dinge dort funktionierten. Da das an die Wand geklebte Passwort nicht funktionierte, mussten wir erneut anrufen und erfuhren, dass es ein ganz anderes Passwort gab. Nachdem wir dieses hatten, funktionierte das Internet immer noch nicht, und der Manager meinte, er würde am nächsten Tag vorbeikommen. Wir warteten den ganzen Sonntag auf ihn, und als wir ihn erneut anriefen, stellte sich heraus, dass er doch nicht vorbeikommen würde, sondern im Empfangsgebäude gewesen war, wir aber nicht. SchlieÃ_x009f_lich kam er tatsächlich am nächsten Tag (Montag) im Ferienhaus vorbei, und es stellte sich heraus, dass nicht etwa irgendwo in der Nähe am Kabel gearbeitet wurde, sondern dass der Router defekt war. Er tauschte ihn aus, und nach über 50 Stunden hatten wir endlich Internet. Es wurden weder Vereinbarungen bezüglich der Kurtaxe noch bezüglich der Schlüsselrückgabe getroffen. Bei der Abreise legten wir den Schlüssel einfach wieder unter die FuÃ_x009f_matte und lieÃ_x009f_en die Kurtaxe einfach laufen. All das trübte unseren Aufenthalt erheblich. AuÃ_x009f_erdem gab es keine Informationen darüber, wo wir auf dem zu unserem Ferienhaus gehörenden Stellplatz parken sollten, sodass wir die ganze Woche auf einem fremden Parkplatz parkten. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck unkompliziert zum Ferienhaus zu bringen.
