Holiday destination
House Ana is located in Kringa, a small village 15km from Pazin and 18km from Porec. In Kringa you can stroll on foot to the popular restaurant Danieli. The typical Istrian tavern impresses with home-cooked food at cheap prices.
Our nice, cozy house is on a quiet country road in the midst of central Istria. There is hardly any traffic and from the outdoor garden you have a beatiful view into the green. The house is fenced.
In this rural atmosphere, you can recharge your batteries and let go.
Getting there
Salzburg-Villach-Ljubljana-Koper-Karawankentunel-Croatian border Kastel, towards Umag-Pula (Istrian Y expressway) take exit Baderna, Pazin, to the left Baderna - Tinjan. A few miles after Baderna comes to the right a large wooden advertising for "Konoba Danijeli" there turn right and drive about 3km straight ahead until the small village of Perini. Please access the penultimate house of the village on the left side. The host will then accompany you to the House Ana.

Sehr gutes Haus, nette Vermieter direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Dennoch weit genug entfernt um sich nicht beobachtet zu fühlen :)
Der Pool mit Blick ins Grüne ist ein Traum. Dazu noch die Outdoor Dusche. Im Garten ist man völlig unbeobachtet. Das Haus ist sauber und modern. Die Lage ist sehr sehr ruhig und etwas ab vom Massentourismus. Genau aus dem Grund haben wir uns für dieses Mietobjekt entschieden. Dennoch ist man Zentral und in 20-30 Autominuten sind Zahlreiche Aktivitäten zu erreichen. Innerhalb von 45min erreicht man alle Punkte auf der Halbinsel Istrien.

Haus, Garten und Pool alles top sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als zufriedenstellend, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Die ruhige Lage war perfekt zum Entspannen. Größere Ortschaften und Shoppingcenter waren 15-30 min mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
Die sehr netten Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und gaben uns Tips für sämtliche Belange.
Absolut ohne wenn und aber empfehlenswert.
