Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und der Eigentümer sehr freundlich. Einige der Fotos auf der Website sind veraltet, z.B. ist die Aussicht vom Terrassengarten komplett von überwucherten Bäumen verdeckt. Der Weg zum Haus ist eine unbefestigte Straße, also fahren Sie vorsichtig, da es Schlaglöcher usw. gibt. Der Eigentümer verlangt eine Kaution von 250 Euro, von der er den Stromverbrauch abziehen wird. Wir sind vor 10 Tagen abgereist und obwohl der Eigentümer die Immobilie mit mir überprüft hat und sagte, alles sei in Ordnung und das Haus sei sehr sauber, haben wir unsere Kaution noch nicht zurückbekommen. Der Eigentümer war ein sehr netter Mann, daher denke ich, dass dies ein Versehen ist. Die vom Belvilla angegebene E-Mail-Adresse des Eigentümers ist eine wanadoo-Adresse und somit veraltet. Es könnte sich lohnen, diese Dinge vor der Buchung zu überprüfen.
