After consultation and with a valid reason, cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. We will refund 100% of the rental price. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, we will refund 80%.

Our holiday home is located in the heart of the Upper Vogtland forest. There are plenty of leisure activities available, such as hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, horseback riding, and more.
The access road is narrow and steep, with the last 100 meters being a gravel road. Snow chains are required in winter conditions.
Our holiday home is situated in the beautiful Upper Vogtland region, 750 meters above sea level. Known for its recreational value, you can fully enjoy the scenery. From the terrace of our holiday home, you have a wonderful view over the Zwota Valley.
