Das Haus ist von Eigentümer sehr wohnlich und gemütlich gestaltet. Die Ausstattung ist gut und bis auf Kleinigkeiten (große Töpfe, Eierbecher) vollständig. Die Terrasse und Gartenmöbel sind gut nutzbar.
