Cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due one month prior to arrival. Any cancellation made four weeks or less before arrival, up to and including the day of arrival, will incur a penalty of 100% of the total rental price. No refunds are possible. If the owner is able to re-let the property, the penalty will be reduced to 20%. The security deposit is €500.
