Der äuÃere Allgemeinzustand lässt zu wünschen übrig, im Freisitz fehlt eine Scheibe ist somit nicht nutzbar, hinter dem Gebäude ist eine unvollendet Baustelle. Die verschlossenen Nebenbereiche sind in schlecht gepflegtem Zustand.Im Inneren ist alles im allen gepflegt und im guten Zustand. Das Grundstück ist groà es wird aber nur der Rasen gemäht, ansonsten wäre es schöner.Die Lage und Umgebung sind ruhig und schön, Strand und Wald, sowie Städte und einkaufen sind gut zu erreichen.
