Attraktives und modernes Haus in Hanglage inmitten eines wunderschönen Waldgebiets. Hochwertige, moderne Möbel. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer und Küche mit herrlicher Aussicht. Ein separates Nebengebäude mit zwei Schlafzimmern unter der Terrasse bietet Tageslicht, jedoch leider kein WC. Der Zugang zum WC im Haupthaus ist sehr beschwerlich, da man mehrere Stufen um das Haus herumsteigen und durch die einzige Außentür mit einem Türgriff gehen muss. Die Lage im Wald mindert den Lichteinfall auf die großen Terrassen erheblich. Einige Bäume sollten gefällt werden. Am großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Küchenfenster fehlte der Vorhang.
