Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Das Bad ist aber nur durch das eine Schlafzimmer zu betreten. Duschkabine ist sehr klein. Also nichts für Personen ab 1,85m bzw kräftigem Körperbau. Das WC ist auch eher für kleine Menschen. In der GröÃe heute nicht mehr erhältlich. Die Modernisierung/Ausbau ist auch noch nicht abgeschlossen. Einige Wände sind nicht gestrichen. Das ist aber kein groÃes Problem.Die Lage ist super. Auch wenn der Durchgangsverkehr etwas schnell unterwegs ist. Aber keine richtige Lärmbelästigung durch den Verkehr. An den groÃen Dachfenstern fehlt definitiv eine Möglichkeit der Verschattung.
