Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

Holiday destination
Varengeville-sur-Mer is and has always been visited by famous artists. Braque, Ubac, Calder, Miro, Monet, Manet, Jacques-Emile Blanche and Roussel came to find a light and an atmosphere not found anywhere else. Many contemporary artists still live there and offer workshops by appointment.
Cliffs, sunken paths, flowers, trees, wide open spaces, the sea and the sky unite to make this place so special. Shimmering nature and well-preserved culture: the church of St. Valery with stained glass by Georges Braque and the Naval Cemetery, Manoir d'Ango, numerous famous flower parks and the Bois des Moutiers.

Wir haben die schöne Zeit im "Petite Maison" sehr genossen. Der eigene Garten mit Aussicht auf die Charolaisrinder war äußerst entspannend. Alles ist im Umkreis von 500m zu erreichen (Bäcker: besonders die tartes au citron sind zu empfehlen, Minisupermarkt, Restaurant/Café, Kiosk). Eine gelungene Mischung aus Natur, Sport und Kultur war möglich, z.B. bergab mit dem Fahrrädern zum Strand. Unkomplizierte Buchung/Abwicklung über die Agentur, sehr nette Vermieterin.

Wunderbar! Ich habe eine sehr, sehr schöne Woche an diesem wunderbaren Ort verbracht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war perfekt. Ein wunderschöner Garten, ein schönes und gemütliches Haus und auch noch ein tolles Wetter. Vielen Dank!
