Die Angaben zur Schlüsselabholung waren komplett falsch. Wir sind mit 2 kleinen Kindern eine Stunde durch die Anlage geirrt nachdem die E-Mail von belvilla und zur Hausnummer 68 geschickt hat, die Buchungsinformation hat uns zur Nummer 15 geschickt. Die richtige Info (nicht auf der Anlage!) war in einer E-Mail der Anlage selbst. Das Haus war gut und gut ausgestattet.
