Cancellation policy
If the tenant terminates the contract early without naming a replacement tenant who fulfills this contract under the same conditions, the following costs must be paid as compensation.
Cancellation before the start of the rental period:
- up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
- later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
At the same time, the landlord will also make efforts to find a replacement tenant. The cancellation must be made in writing; the decisive factor is the time at which the notice of termination is received by the landlord.
If the tenant ends the stay early, the full rental price must be paid.

Nach Silvester 2025/2026 haben wir dieses Juwel ein zweites Mal gebucht. Das Wetter war wärmer, so dass man wunderbar draußen sitzen und sich die Sonne auf den Bauch scheinen lassen konnte . Die Piefkes haben Kilometer auf dem Grundstück gemacht und die Babyschafe auf dem Nachbargrundstück beobachtet . Für Mensch und Tier ist dieser Ort der perfekte Platz zum erholen und zum "Seele baumeln lassen". Das einzige Betrübliche ist, dass man leider wieder nach Hause muss. Danke an Familie Stemkowitz für die nette und fürsorgliche Betreuung.
