Cancellation policy
A deposit must be paid upon conclusion of the contract. The deposit amount is 25% of the rental price. The deposit must be received by Rentals Egmond within 1 week / 7 days of the date of confirmation. The remaining amount must be received by Rentals Egmond no later than 6 weeks / 42 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations up to 42 calendar days (exclusive) before the arrival date: 25%;
for cancellations from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60%;
for cancellations from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90%;
For cancellations on the day of arrival or later: 100%.

Egmond aan Zee is located in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. The town boasts a sandy beach that stretches no less than 8 kilometers and is very popular with families. It is a pleasant place with a wide selection of restaurants, beach pavilions, and shops that are open daily throughout the year.
Egmond is an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. From Egmond, you can easily reach the artists’ town of Bergen, Schoorl, the cheese town of Alkmaar, or Castricum.
Getting there
On the A9, take the exit toward Alkmaar/Heiloo and follow the signs to the N9 (Alkmaar ring road). At the third traffic light, near the Sportpaleis Alkmaar, turn left toward Egmond. Follow the N512 (Hoeverweg) and then the signs to Egmond aan Zee. You’ll reach this charming coastal town via Egmond aan den Hoef.
Take the train to the Heiloo or Alkmaar station. From there, a bus runs regularly to Egmond aan Zee. The trip takes about 25–30 minutes. There are several bus stops in the town center and near the beach. From there, you can easily walk to your accommodations, depending on their location.

Die Betten waren nicht ganz sooo gut für uns aber damit kann man sich arangieren.Kein Problem ._x000D_
Wir konnten am Anreisetag auch früher in die Wohnung,was wir klasse fanden.Es waren alle sehr freundlich zu uns .Vielen Dank,wir kommen wieder

Wir haben nach langer Zeit wieder bei euch gebucht, weil wir euch in so guter Erinnerung hatten! _x000D_
Und so war es: bei unserem Problem mit dem Rauchmelder war Marc sofort zur Stelle, es war auch schön wieder in der „sterflat 147“ zu sein , der Blick und die Wohnung sind einfach perfekt. Das Bett ist hervorragend, die Ausstattung wie immer gut, weil sowohl Spülmittel, tabs, Handseife und Küchenpapier bereits vorhanden waren._x000D_
Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir früher in die Wohnung konnten, bei dem Regenwetter ein toller Bonus!
