Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions Moselle half-timbered house In the event of cancellation: 30% up to the 21st day before the agreed travel day, 50% of the travel price up to the 11th day and from the 10th day to the arrival day 80% (arrival day 100%). The Mosel-Fachwerkhaus cannot insure against loss of rent and recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance. NOTICE CORONA If there is a travel warning or a ban on accommodation in our region due to infection protection reasons due to the corona pandemic, which does not necessarily allow travel, the booking will be canceled for both sides. In this case, the guest does not incur any costs charged by the Mosel-Fachwerkhaus. The Corona Ordinance (Corona Ordinance of Rhineland-Palatinate) currently in force at the time of arrival regulates the regulations in detail, for example regarding hygiene and accommodation.

    Experience the top wine town of Brauneberg with numerous wine and street festivals and try the first-class wines from the large “Brauneberger Juffer” vineyard. Award-winning top hiking trails such as the Mosel and Römersteig or the “side jumps” of the Moselle valleys are waiting to be discovered, and a river boat trip is obligatory for many. Cycling on the Moselle cycle path or the Mosel-Maare cycle path are very popular. Visit the half-timbered town of Bernkastel-Kues, the “Rome of the North” Trier or the Art Nouveau town of Traben-Trabach. Tourist information, bakers, restaurants, a pizzeria with take-away, ostrich taverns and an attractive mini golf course with a beer garden are all not far away.

    Dieses Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und in ökologischer Bauweise zu einem wunderbaren Fachwerkhaus saniert worden. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad im OG sowie ein geräumiges Bad und ein Schlafzimmer im EG plus gemütlicher Wohnküche mit anschließender Terrasse und Gärtchen bieten viel Platz für sechs Personen. Eingangsbereich und EG sind barrierefrei. In der Küchenzeile gibt es eine höhenverstellbare Spüle und Herdplatten. Das Waschbecken im EG Bad kann mit dem Rollstuhl unterfahren werden, hat aber etwas zu viel Tiefe. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine Weinprobe nebenan beim Bio-Winzer sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Fürs E-Auto steht auch eine Wallbox zum Aufladen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt absolut 100% Weiterempfehlung
