Laut den Angaben im Voucher mussten wir uns einen Tag vor unserer Ankunft mit dem Eigentümer in Verbindung setzen, um den Zugangscode zu erhalten. Bereits zwei Tage vor unserer Ankunft unternahmen wir mehrere Versuche, den Eigentümer telefonisch zu erreichen. Zusätzlich schickten wir mehrere E-Mails und hinterließen eine Nachricht auf dem Anrufbeantworter. Zunächst erhielten wir keine Antwort.
Den benötigten Zugangscode erhielten wir erst am Anreisetag – trotz der erwähnten Kontaktversuche – und auch erst nach erheblichem Druck und der Androhung rechtlicher Schritte.
Der Haustürschlüssel dient normalerweise auch als Zugangsschlüssel für die Schrankenanlage. Diese Funktion war in diesem Fall jedoch deaktiviert, da sie von der Hausverwaltung gesperrt worden war.
Angesichts des für das Wochenende gezahlten Mietpreises befanden sich die Möbel teilweise in einem abgenutzten Zustand und wiesen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Insgesamt präsentierten sich sowohl das Haus als auch insbesondere der Garten in einem ungepflegten Zustand.

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und für uns aufgrund unserer Geschäftsreise ideal gelegen. Allerdings war die Kontaktperson die ganze Woche über nicht erreichbar, und wir konnten wegen einer defekten Schlüsselkarte nicht mit dem Auto in den Park fahren. Das war etwas enttäuschend.
