The time of delivery of the cancellation to the landlord is decisive.
If the tenant cancels the contract prematurely without naming a new tenant who fulfils this contract under the same conditions, the following costs must be paid as compensation:
Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price,
from 21 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
Less than 7 days: 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, the rental price will not be refunded.
If house rules are disregarded, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the rental period prematurely.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which can cover the cancellation costs in justified cases.

Just a 2-minute walk away you will find a well-stocked supermarket and a shopping centre that offers everything you need for your stay. In just 4 minutes you can reach a selection of restaurants.
The Yumbo shopping mall with more restaurants, shops and an evening programme is only a 7-minute walk away.
Getting there
From the airport you can take bus 66 to Playa del Ingles stop "Sandia" and from there walk into Calle Suizà (2 min.) or take a taxi directly to the accommodation in Calle Suizà. The entrance is the last door in the street on the right, opposite the parking spaces on the left.

Schönes liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in einer kleinen, ruhigen Wohnanlage.
Zwei Terassen, so das man immer entweder Sonne oder Schatten haben kann.
Zwei schöne Bäder.
Kurzer Weg (ca. 5 min) zur Strandpromenade, ähnl. zum Supermarkt mit Bäcker.
Ebenso max. 2 Min. Fussweg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle.
Als Tennisspieler haben wir auch eine kleine Hotelanlage (Biarritz) mit mietbaren Tennisplätzen ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt gefunden.
Guter Kontakt mit Familie Fluhr vor dem Urlaub und ein aufmerksamer Houskeeper Rafael der uns mehrfach seine Hilfe Vorort angeboten hat.
Auch die Teenager waren super zufrieden mit dem Haus.
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, den wir sehr gerne im gleichen Haus wiederholen würden.
