Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without a new tenant
name who enters into the contract under the same conditions are as compensation
taking into account the saved expenses, the following pro rata rents
(including final cleaning):
Termination
up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
from 27 to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the total booked price
from 13 days to the day of arrival: 90% of the total booked price
Nevertheless, the landlord makes every effort to rent the rental property to someone else.
The tenant can provide proof of lesser damage at any time.
If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he or she remains liable to pay the full rental price
obligated.
Cancellations must be communicated to the landlord in writing. The decisive factor is access
Declaration to the landlord. If this is not the case, the total amount is due.
