Geräumiges Haus für 8 Personen mit bequemen Betten, einem Badezimmer im ersten Stock sowie Dusche und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein tolles Haus am Wasser, inklusive Bootssteg.
Die Außenfassade ist etwas pflegebedürftig, nicht weil sie in schlechtem Zustand ist, sondern weil sie selten geputzt wird, die Fenster schmutzig sind und Spinnweben aufweisen und der Garten seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr gepflegt wird, wodurch Unkraut wuchert.
