Getting there
From the direction of Caen, follow Cherbourg, take the Isigny Port exit, go through the town center and after 4 km turn right towards Les Veys, then follow Brévands (4 km) and on the left side you will reach "Chateau le Colombier".

Wir haben unsere Woche im kleinsten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Außenbereich, und auch der für alle zugängliche Garten bietet hübsche kleine Plätze zum Sitzen und Schauen. Wir mochten besonders den Teich, auf dem die vier Gänse und einige Enten ihre Runden schwimmen. Die Gastgeber leben ebenfalls auf dem Anwesen und waren stets zu einer kleinen Unterhaltung bereit, inklusive Tipps. Die Lage ist prima für Ausflüge zu den Landungsstränden, zum amerikanischen Friedhof und nach Bayeux.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist gepflegt und schön angelegt, unser Lieblingsplatz war die Bank am Teich, wo man den Gänsen und Enten beim Schwimmen zusehen konnte. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer zu einer kleinen Unterhaltung bereit. Guter Ausgangspunkt zu den Landungsstränden und nach Bayeux.
