Wir haben keinerlei Informationen über den Zustand der Unterkunft, da wir sie am Donnerstag, den 17. April 2025, während eines erzwungenen Chats mit einer Ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen namens Denise storniert haben. Dies geschah zwischen 16:30 und 17:00 Uhr an diesem Tag.
Ihre Mitarbeiterin hielt es offenbar für wichtiger, uns über die Stornogebühren zu informieren, als unsere Stornierung zu bestätigen. Wir haben versucht, Sie per E-Mail zu kontaktieren, was jedoch nicht möglich war. Die einzige Kontaktmöglichkeit bestand im Chat, und es gibt keinen schriftlichen Nachweis darüber. Insgesamt war dies alles andere als kundenfreundlich, im Gegensatz zu dem Service, den wir in der Vergangenheit von anderen Unterkunftsunternehmen erhalten haben. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr mit Ihrem Unternehmen Geschäfte machen.
