Withdrawal/Cancellation:
The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period.
Withdrawal must be declared in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the landlord.
The following compensation is due upon withdrawal:
up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price
thereafter 100% of the rental price.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub hier verbracht und waren ganz begeistert. Inmitten eines riesigen, wunderschön angelegten Gartens liegt das tolle Ferienhaus. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen (frische Blumen im Wohnzimmer, gefüllte Obstschale, Flasche Weißwein im Kühlschrank) und fühlten uns sofort wohl und willkommen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Pool ist wirklich groß genug für vier Leute und der Blick in den Garten ein Traum! Das Haus liegt in absoluter Ruhe, die nächsten Supermärkte sind etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan und sind sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals, dass wir da sein durften!
