Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: the full rental price.

Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg towards the dunes. About 400 m after the roundabout, you will see the De Keizerskroon complex on the left of the road (small red bridge).
