We recommend that you take out valid travel and cancellation insurance, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with a cancellation will be borne by the renter. A trip cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due: - Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price - From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price - From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price - From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price - Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or if the trip is not commenced: the entire rental price If the property is re-rented or otherwise occupied at a later date during the time you canceled, this is not a reason for an additional refund.
