Cancellation policy
From our rental agreement:
§ 4 Cancellation and curtailment of stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, unless another rental is possible is possible:
Termination
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- Otherwise (later than 30 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price
These are in the rental contract, which you will receive from us when you book

Holiday destination
In the neighbourhood are nearby there are Bad Brambach and Bad Elster. Nearby in Tschechien althoug are famous bathes of the 19th century like Franzensbad and Marienbad. Don´t miss the Museum for musicintruments, the small vogtland (museum and botanic garden) or the Dam in Muldenberg.
For children is nice the zoo in Klingenthal, the open air museum Landwüst and the sightseeing tower Kapellenberg.
If you like to visit somethings within a distance of 50 km there will be Plauen, the bridge of Göltschtal or the Cave of the dragon in Sürau. Although a good idea to visit is the Leisure park Pohl, the summer toboggan run and the fun bath in Schöneck.
Even in winter don´t miss the Skiing in Schöneck and Aschberg and the Vogtlandarena (ski flying).

Wir waren auf dem Ferienhof Zollfrank am Anfang August 2026.
Es hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Ein Hof mitten in der Natur, schöne Umgebung und Ruhe. Ein Paradies für Radfahren, wandern und sich einfach nur gutgehen lassen. Das Haus ist reichhaltig ausgestattet, wir haben gekocht und gegrillt.
Vielen Dank wir werden den Ferienhof weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen und haben die Zeit voll genossen. Ein Ort zum Abschalten, Relaxen und einfach nur Geniessen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Rad- und Wanderwege laden zum Erkunden der schönen Gegend ein. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten grillen, kochen und hatten viel Spass zusammen. Den Ferienhof Zollfrank können wir bestens empfehlen. Wir kommen auch bestimmt wieder.
