TUI Ferienhaus zahlt mir mein Geld nicht zurück! Die Buchung unseres Ferienhauses wurde bestätigt, der Eingang des Geldes wurde bestätigt. Aber leider hat der Inhaber vor Ort nichts von der Buchung durch TUI Ferienhaus gewusst. TUI Ferienhaus ist seit 4 Wochen nicht erreichbar. Auf meine Mail wurde kein einziges Mal reagiert und das Geld wurde noch nicht zurücküberwiesen. Ich warte seit dem auf eine Kontaktaufnahmen.
