Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival. After that, we can only allow it as a gesture of goodwill IF we can re-let the house - which we will of course try to do. Otherwise the full price is due.
We would like to point out that we recommend a (quite inexpensive) travel cancellation insurance, which pays in such cases.

Holiday destination
It is only a 5-minute walk to the village with plenty of shopping facilities, taverns (from traditional to vegan) + a pharmacy. There are enough parking spaces for your rental car in front of the house.
Our neighbor (about 30m away) is the Melanouri riding school. Martina and her family offer beach rides for children and adults. Otherwise you can enjoy a secluded location with a fantastic view over the village of Pitsidia, the sea and north to the Psiloritis mountains. It's really hard to find a better location.
