Das Eifelnest ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen Details wunderschön eingerichtet, dass man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Zusätzlich ist die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man so in einigen Urlaubstagen benötigen kann.
Wir hatten uns das Ferienhaus gemietet, um von dort einige Wandertouren in Richtung Rurtal zu starten (Urfttalsperre und Monschau). Zusätzliche Anregungen und Inspiration für Wanderungen oder Erkundungen sind im Haus vorhanden.
Der Kontakt mit Frau Schilde war sehr angenehm und alles zum Organisatorischem wurde ohne Probleme geregelt. Ein Besuch ist absolut empfehlenswert!
Zusätzlich ist die direkt benachbarte Weingarage zu empfehlen (mit Anmeldung vorher), die Weine waren sehr sehr lecker und so ließen sich die Abende besonders angenehm ausklingen.
