Cancellation policy
If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another time in 2023 or 2024.
The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance for your holiday.

Holiday destination
The villa is located on the east coast of the Istrian Peninsula in a small village called Drenje near Labin. The area is very quiet, but all necessary shops can be reached in just a few minutes. The beautiful Ravni beach is only 2 km away.
In Labin, there are three supermarkets, two gas stations, numerous restaurants, a wonderful old town center, and a magnificent view of the Kvarner Bay. The east coast of Istria is known for the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic.
