Bed linen included - beds are freshly made upon arrival! The indicated prices are inclusive - there are no further costs! The keys are handed over personally directly at the house - also free of charge! A German contact person on site will be happy to assist you - free of charge, of course! The deposit is EUR 200,00. From November to March electricity costs - according to consumption - in the amount of EUR 0,20 per KW/H. Occupancy times on request! Please contact me - I am looking forward to hearing from you.

The sunny vacation home is only about 400 meters from the promenade of the charming seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage. The path leads past mulberry trees, oleander bushes and lush green lawns to the fine sandy beach on the deep blue sea. The landscape around the vacation home is characterized by pine forests, vineyards and the scent of the typical herbs that can be found everywhere in the nearby La Clape mountains. Within walking distance are the many stores, restaurants and bistros of the small town of Narbonne-Plage. For the little ones there is beach playground, merry-go-round, fun train and much more. Numerous sports and leisure activities are waiting to be used.
