Between the Sonsbecker hils, the wooded Hees, at the gates of the city of Xanten, lies the idyllically situated manor house "Kleinen Gönn". Far away from the main road, 3 km from the gates of Xanten, you will find this quiet, detached vacation home surrounded by meadows and fields.

Getting there

Drive from Sonsbeck towards Xanten, 3 km after Sonsbeck, drive down the mountain (watch out for flash) From the foot of the mountain another 1 km towards Xanten, first turn on the left side "Urselmannsweg" (there is no house at the turn) after 500 m you can already see the manor house Kleine Gönn.

Hand aufs Herz: Was macht ein gelungenes Familienwochenende aus? Ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie, schöne geräumige Zimmer und eine Vollausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Paart man dies noch mit einem tollen Service und professioneller Kommunikation, ist man hier goldrichtig. Wir waren zum Familienfest in Xanten: 4 Generationen und das ganze mit Hund. Sicherlich kein Schnäppchen aber ein tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Abgerundet wird der 1a Eindruck durch den Sehr schönen Garten mit Grill, riesen Küche mit großer Tafel und einer tolle Umgebung. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles! Norbert

We had a very nice weekend with our team of 13 ladies. Everything was great. Beautiful and very clean smoke-free house. Large kitchen with all amenities. Cozy and atmospheric living room, great bedrooms and large bathrooms. Every room hasa TV. The heating was very high, we turned it down. So no cold in January. There are walking trails in the forest across the main road. There is a lot to see in Xanten!
