Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen; Kirchenglocken, Verkehr oder die nahegelegene Schule störten uns nicht. Die Aussicht vom Garten/Pool ist wunderschön.
Der Swimmingpool und das renovierte Badezimmer im Untergeschoss sind ausgezeichnet.
Im Übrigen machen das Haus und der Außenbereich (außer dem Schwimmbad) einen unordentlichen, bis sehr unordentlichen Eindruck. Die Wohnbereiche, Küche und Schlafzimmer sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig.
Unordnung (einschließlich Heimwerkerbedarf im Flur, alte Gartenstühle und kaputter Tisch im Garten) wurde vom Vermieter nicht beseitigt und der Grill ist altersbedingt unbrauchbar.
Darüber hinaus gibt es zu viele private Gegenstände des Vermieters (z. B. in Küche, Bad und Schränken), sodass manchmal nicht genügend Platz für die mitgebrachten Gegenstände vorhanden ist.
