The Bungalow Park itself offers a heated swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September), a tennis court (for a fee), a soccer field, a volleyball court, a table tennis table, a children's playground, and a bocce court.
Herkingen is located in the province of South Holland on the border with Zeeland on the island of Goeree Overflakkee.
Here you will find ideal conditions for cycling, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, and especially water sports.
The Grevelingenmeer is one of Europe's cleanest inland seas and, due to its shallow depth, is a paradise for surfers.
The local sandy beach at Grevelingenmeer is about 300 meters away on foot, and the dunes with the expansive North Sea beach of Ouddorp are just a 15-minute drive away. Charming and typical local villages such as Middelharnis, Ouddorp, Goedereede, Stellendam invite you to shop, stroll, or dine.
Rotterdam, The Hague (about 60km) are easily accessible by public transport or car. Also, the neighboring islands with well-known places such as Zierikzee (about 25km), Renesse (about 35km), Domburg (about 60km), or cities like Antwerp, Breda, Goes are inviting for excursions and can be reached in a short drive.
Getting there
By car: Coming from Germany (NRW), take the BAB 40 (Ruhr area) or A61 towards Venlo, then follow the A67 towards Eindhoven, and continue on the A58 via Tilburg to Breda.
After Breda, take the A16 towards Rotterdam.
At the Klaaverpolder junction, take the A17 towards Zieriksee.
At the Noordhoek junction, take the A59 towards Rotterdam, Middelharnis until the Hellegatsplein junction, and then onto the N59 towards Herkingen. From there, Herkingen is signposted.
In Herkingen, turn right at the crossroads in the village, and after about 300 meters, the entrance to the bungalow park will be on your left.

Der Bungalow mit dem schönen eingezäunten Garten und Wintergarten ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei, die sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil. Die Deichperle ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Der Bungalowpark mit Schwimmbad ist auch sehr gepflegt. Das angrenzende "Wäldchen" bietet sich für Gassirunden an. Der kleine Sandstrand ist von der Deichperle in wenigen Gehminuten gut erreichbar.

Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus mit überdachter Terrasse inkl verschließbaren Glaselementen, für jedes Wetter. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück mit Sonnenliegen ist perfekt zum Relaxen und aktivem Entspannen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet.
Bemerkenswert war der freundliche und unkomplizierte Kontakt zu Roland. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und alle Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt, die Kaution sogar noch am Abreisetag zurücküberwiesen.
Eine gepflegte Ferienanlage mit Spielplatz und Poolanlage, ideal für Familien, zu zweit oder mit Hund. Hier findet man beste Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
