Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
In case of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In case of cancellation on the arrival day: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen, and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Holiday destination
On the edge of the village of Den Hoorn, just 100 meters from the National Park Duinen van Texel. Many centuries ago, this was the beach and the sea swept over the cliff. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and a bicycle rental can be found in the village center. The Michelin-starred restaurant Bij Jef is 500 meters from the holiday home.
