Cancellation policy
4. Cancellation by the customer You can withdraw from the rental contract at any time before the start of the rental period.
The declaration of withdrawal should, in your interest and for reasons of proof, be made in writing in any case. The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental amount if the cancellation takes place more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.

Getting there
The quickest way to get there from the Ruhr area is via the A3 towards Arnhem. In Arnhem, continue towards Nijmegen A50 and from there take the A15 to Rotterdam until Europoort, then towards Hellevoetsluis / Middelburg to Ouddorp. Ouddorp can always be reached on the N57, either from the direction of Zierikzee or Middelharnis.
