Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels:
from 45 days to 36 days before the rental period, 40% of the rent will be retained, unless a replacement tenant is found.
from 35 days to 4 days before the rental period, 80% of the rent will be retained, unless a replacement tenant is found.
from 3 days before and in case of no-show, 100% of the rent will be retained.
Covid-19:
Should holiday guests need to cancel their stay in the reserved holiday home at short notice, due to sudden entry restrictions to France caused by the Corona pandemic, the rent already paid for the holiday accommodation will be refunded to the holiday guests.
An administrative fee of €100 will be charged.
