Cancellation
You can withdraw from the rental contract anytime before the start of the rental period. In this case we will try to rent the holiday home to someone else. A cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival is possible free of charge; the trip price will be reimbursed. The renter has the right to find a substitute lessee that will take over the holiday home to the fullest extent.

up to 7 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the total rental price.
up to 2 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 70% of the total rental price.
up to 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental price.
less than 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental price.
If the guest departs ahead of schedule for whatever reason, he must pay 100% of the accommodation price for the unused nights.

From the south exit Rheinböllen toward Bernkastel-Kues. From the north and east exit Wittlich and then toward Bernkastel-Kues. From the west exit Salmtal and then toward Bernkastel-Kues.
By plane.
If you are travelling by air, the recommended airport to fly into is Frankfurt-Hahn (approx. 30 km away) or Luxembourg (approx. 80 km away).

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles was man so im Urlaub benötigt und hat eine perfekte Klimatisierung. Und dank der vielen Tipps unserer Gastgeberin Frau Bastian haben wir viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten gesehen, von denen wir sonst nichts gewusst hätten . Sie war immer ansprechbar, ob telefonisch, via WhatsApp oder persönlich. 10 von 5 Punkten für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Die Buchung sowie Anreise verlief reibungslos
Wir wurden von Frau Bastian am Anreisetag herzlich begrüßt und zeigte uns das Haus.
Paar Infos gab sie uns bezüglich dem Gartenhaus wo man schön Frühstücken,grillen oder entspannen kann., Das Gartenhaus ist 100 m vom Haus entfernt und direkt an der Mosel.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man im Urlaub brauchte, komplette Grundausstattung war vorhanden.
Weine sowie Wasser stand mit im Haus,was man käuflich erwerben konnte.
Trockner steht oben im Dachboden,wo man aber auch die Wäsche so aufhängen kann.
Gegenüber vom Dachboden steht das Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen.
Viele Infos für die Urlaubsgegend gab es auch im Haus.
Ansonsten kann man Frau Bastian bei Fragen oder Anregungen immer erreichen.
Gelungener schöner erholsamer Urlaub.
