Cancellation
You can withdraw from the rental contract anytime before the start of the rental period. In this case we will try to rent the holiday home to someone else. A cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival is possible free of charge; the trip price will be reimbursed. The renter has the right to find a substitute lessee that will take over the holiday home to the fullest extent.

up to 7 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the total rental price.
up to 2 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 70% of the total rental price.
up to 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental price.
less than 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental price.
If the guest departs ahead of schedule for whatever reason, he must pay 100% of the accommodation price for the unused nights.

From the south exit Rheinböllen toward Bernkastel-Kues. From the north and east exit Wittlich and then toward Bernkastel-Kues. From the west exit Salmtal and then toward Bernkastel-Kues.
By plane.
If you are travelling by air, the recommended airport to fly into is Frankfurt-Hahn (approx. 30 km away) or Luxembourg (approx. 80 km away).

Wir (zwei Paare) waren begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Fachwerkhaus. Die Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch und hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Es war alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. In der tollen Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, im Obergeschoss die zwei Schlafzimmer,
jedes mit einem eigenen Bad, war genial. In jedem Schlafzimmer war ein Fernseher mit Sitzgelegenheit. Alles war super sauber.
Was wir noch sehr genossen haben, war der Garten, der zum Ferienhaus gehört.
Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
