Cancellation policy

Booking cancellation is free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. If you cancel between 28 and 14 days prior to arrival 50% of the booking price will be charged and 80% will be charged for cancelling at shorter notice. The latter also applies in the event of early departure or late arrival for any unused days or overnight stays. If the house can be rented out, there will of course be no fees.

Holiday destination

The Murnau Moos, a dreamlike biotope for nature-loving hikers, begins a few hundred metres from our front door. And even mountain hikers don't have to go far to complete their first climb on the Hinterer Hörnle. In truth, there are no limits for mountain enthusiasts. Some of the interesting mountains in the Zugspitz region are little more than 30 minutes away. Not to mention the Langer Köchel, Staffel and the Riegsee invite you to swim.

Wir konnten leider nur 4 Nächte bleiben, da unser Hund erkrankte, aber die Tage vor Ort waren traumhaft. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Das Grundstück top gepflegt und durch den Zaun brauchten wir uns keine Sorgen machen, dass unser Hund stiften geht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und der Kontakt per Mail zügig. Wer ein top Ferienhaus in einer wirklich traumhaften Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Liebe Frau Sailer, wir möchten Ihnen Danke sagen, dass wir Gäste in Ihrem schönen, gepflegten und komfortablen Ferienhaus sein durften. Wir haben Ihr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Holzhaus bei unserem 14tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ergänzt wird das Wohlfühlambiente im Haus durch einen gut eingezäunten, großen Garten zum Entdecken, Spielen und Bewachen für unseren Hundesenior. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns bestens erholt - was will man mehr. Mensch und Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden Ihr Ferienhaus gerne weiterempfehlen.
