Wir haben den angegebenen Kontakt am Ankunftstag per E-Mail über Mängel informiert. Am nächsten Tag haben wir entsprechende Fotos geschickt und haben die Mängel ausführlich online beschrieben (unter „Bitte bewerten Sie Ihre Ankunftserfahrung“), ebenfalls mit Fotos. Unserer Aufforderung zu reinigen wurde nicht nachgekommen.
Die Mängel waren im Einzelnen:
- Völlig verdreckter Pool-Raum (Müll und Dreck auf dem Fußboden, schmutzige Stühle, verkleisterter Tisch),
- sowie schmutzige Toilette und Dusche am Pool.
- Praktisch unzugänglicher Wasserzähler, weil völlig von dornigem Gestrüpp überwuchert. Wir haben uns durchgekämpft.
- Nicht erkennbarer Wasserzähler, weil der von innen beschlagen war. Deshalb haben wir den Wasserstand nicht gemeldet.
- Zugang zum Schlüsselkasten zugewuchert.
- Hintere Terrasse und deren Möbel völlig verdreckt.
- Viele, dicke Spinnweben im Waschmaschinen-Raum.
- Sehr dreckige Fenster, von innen und außen.
- Die Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Ablagen, Schränke, Stühle, Tisch u.a.) und
- ein Badezimmer (Toilette, Duschvorhang, Waschtisch, Spiegel, Schränke, Fußboden u.a.) haben wir selbst mühsam gereinigt.
