Bei meiner Ankunft war die Unterkunft dreckig und verdreckt; Belvilla schiebt die Verantwortung auf Dancenter ab. Laut deren Angebot könnten sie 24 Stunden nach meiner Ankunft kommen und reinigen. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich alles selbst geputzt. Trotz der Fotos gab es absolut keinen Service. Ich habe mich erst im Nachhinein beschwert, vielleicht kümmern sie sich dann endlich darum.
Gebucht habe ich über Belvilla, die die Buchung dann an Dancenter weiterleiten; ich wurde darüber nicht informiert, auÃ_x009f_er als die Anzahlung fällig war.
