Cancellation policy

Once you have contacted us and would like to make a booking, we need your address and phone number in order to confirm the binding reservation. In addition, a deposit is required as it serves as a security for both the lessee and the lessor. During peak season, the deposit amount is €200.00 per accommodation and week and won't be refunded in case of cancellation. For longer stays (3 or 4 weeks) or stays during off-season (e.g. May, September), the deposit amount may be lower or higher. In case of cancellation due to unforeseeable circumstances, we re recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance. In case of short notice cancellations, the following cancellation fees apply: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited; if you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the booking price; if you cancel 7-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking price; later than that/on the intended arrival day: 100% of the booking price.

The house is located only a few minutes from Labin's old town and Rabac with one of Istria's most beautiful beaches. The area offers visitors plenty of fun and activities, a fast and convenient connection to Pula, Rovinj as well as to numerous small, picturesque towns on the coast and further inland. Getting there

Travelling from Western Europe: Italy - motorway via Venice / Udine to Trieste; continue towards Koper (Slovenia, 10 km) - border crossing Skofije (Rabuiese), and on to Croatia - border crossing Pozane (Buzet) - Buzet - Lupoglav - Vozilici - Labin - Raša. Travelling from Central Europe: Motorway until you reach Villach / the Karawanks Tunnel - through Slovenia via Ljubljana - Koper and Buzet. From Zagreb: Via Gorski Kotar to Rijeka, then along the coast to Plomin - Labin Rabac or the Učka Tunnel - Vozlici - Labin - Raša. From Dalmatia: Adriamagistrale to Rijeka

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund in dem wunderschönen Haus in Rasa....der Garten, das Haus und die Vermieterin...ein Traum. Ivana ist ein Herzensmensch. Sie ist so lieb, jederzeit erreichbar und es liegt ihr am Herzen, dass sich die Mieter rundum wohlfühlen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Ivana!!!

Wir sind als Paar mit unserer großen Tochter und Hund angereist. Wir wurden noch nie so herzlich empfangen wie von Ivana, mit Schnaps und belegten Broten. Das Haus war absolut sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub und wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Ivana für dieses positive Erlebnis!
