Cancellation policy
If the lessee cancels the contract before the rental period begins without presenting a new lessee, who can enter into the contract to the existing conditions, the following proportional fees, minus expenses saved, shall be paid as compensation if re-letting is not possible:
Cancellation
- up to 49 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% of the rental fee
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.

Unser Urlaub mit zwei kleinen Kindern in der Bramberger Mühle war sehr schön und empfehlenswert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (inkl. tollem Kaffee-Vollautomaten). Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr über die große Auswahl an Spielen, Malbüchern und DVD's gefreut, ganz toller Service vom Vermieter. Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen ein und der große Garten mit Bachlauf ist ideal zum Spielen für die Kinder und zum Entspannen für die Großen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wirklich alles top.
