Holiday destination
The holiday home on Texel is located approximately 1 km from the town "De Koog" in the small bungalow park Hoog Koog. It is situated directly by the forest opposite two beautiful riding stables.
There is a diverse range of shops, restaurants, and cozy cafes. The forest and beach are within walking distance from the house. Horse stables and the swimming paradise are very close to the Seepferchen.
Also very close by (2 km) is the nature and seal center ECOMARE, which is definitely worth a visit.
Getting there
By car, take the A3 towards Amsterdam, then Alkmaar, and then to Den Helder. In Den Helder, take the ferry to Texel.

Host informationMy name is Ilse Kühn. I have been traveling to Texel since I was 17 and in 2011, I had the opportunity to purchase this sweet little holiday home in one of the oldest small parks right by the forest and close to the beach and de Koog.
I travel to Texel once a month to check on things and to restock everything for my guests.

Zusammen mit meinem Mann und Hund haben wir eine Woche im Seepferdchen verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt (z.B. Keffe, Tee, Gewürze, Müllbeutel, Klopapier). Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Häuschen Seepferdchen ist wunderschön gelegen auf der Insel Texel und bescherte uns mit der Hilfe von seiner Gastgeberin Frau Kühn einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Häuschen ist prima für drei Personen geeignet, gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Gastgeberin Frau Kühn, die für alles gesorgt hat und immer gleich antwortet oder einen Rat hat.
Danke für so viel liebevolle Konversation und die Zeit, die wir in ihrem Seepferdchen zu Gast sein konnten. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder.
