If you cancel your booking 3 weeks before start you have to pay a cancelation fee of 25% of the total amount. Cancelations 2 Weeks before start are charged with a cancellation fee of 80 % of the total amount. Cancelations 7 days before start are charged with 100% of the total amount. If i should find another tenant for you booked dates than i will refund you your fees.

If you are spontanous or you want the bikes just for a short-term rental the store is located in the- Dr. Wachsmannstr. 5, Zinnowitz, Tel.: 038377-42869- per bike and day 5 €. Holiday destination
The train station in Zinnowitz –5 min walk- hosts the museum of local history. From here you can take the train to visit the other comminities of Usedom. The center of Zinnowitz has everything you need. Groceries, shopping, endless restaurants and of course the fantastic beach. Beachchair rentals and fish-sheds or watersport rentals make your stay proper to your needs. Within a 5 min walk there is the reconstructed small romantic harbour at the backwater with a nice restaurant and a boatrental.
Getting there
By train- take the train (ICC) to Züssow. Here you have to change trains and take the UBB to Zinnowitz.
by car.-take the Highway A20 exit Usedom/Wolgast. Follow the B111 via Wolgast to Zinnowitz.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, bis zum Zentrum waren es 10 Minuten Fußweg. Man kann von hier aus alles gut erreichen, Aldi und Netto, Edeka ca. 10 min Laufminuten entfernt.
Besonders für Familien mit Kindern finde ich die Wohnung sehr geeignet, da ein sehr schöner Spielplatz gleich gegenüber und gut einsehbar ist, sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner vorhanden sind.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Übergabe der Schlüssel klappte sehr gut.
