Cancellation policy
After the booking has been made, a deposit of 20% of the total price is due. This must be paid immediately after receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining amount (80%) is to be paid upon arrival.
A cancellation of the booking is possible at any time. We kindly ask for a written notice (by e-mail or through the booking system). The following regulations apply:
• Up to 14 days before arrival: All payments already made, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.
• From 14 days before arrival: No refund will be granted, neither of the deposit nor of any other payments made.
