Cancellation policy

If anything should prevent you from taking your vacation as planned, please let us know as soon as possible. We can then endeavor to avoid unnecessary costs for you. A valid rental contract is concluded when we confirm your booking. The tenant can nominate a replacement tenant who will fulfill the rental agreement in his place. If this is not possible or desired, we offer a withdrawal from the rental contract upon payment of the following fees: - Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival - 50% of the total price if canceled between 6-2 days before arrival - from 1 day before arrival and in case of no-show 90 % of the total price If we are able to rent out the house for the booked period or a part of it, we will reduce these fees according to the income generated but will retain cancellation costs of at least € 20. Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

Holiday destination

Excursions very close to Fränkisch-Crumbach include the draisine in Mörlenbach, the summer toboggan run in Wald-Michelbach, the Rodenstein ruins and the Hüttenthal dairy, whose products you can be bought on site. Michelstadt and Erbach are small towns with a special charm. However, if you would like to get a taste of the big city, Heidelberg, Darmstadt or Frankfurt are not far away either.

Getting there

Fränkisch-Crumbach is located on the B38. Coming from the north (Darmstadt/ Reinheim/ Groß-Bieberau), drive past the traffic lights on the B38 towards Nieder-Kainsbach and turn right shortly afterwards. Now it is about 1 km to Fränkisch-Crumbach. Stay on the main road until you come to a sharp left-hand bend towards Reichelsheim. Continue straight on into Rodensteinerstr. (the Horn bakery is on your right). Turn right into the next street (Am Lohberg) and then left at the end of this street. You are now in Schafhofgasse. Coming from the south (Bensheim, Heppenheim, Weinheim), turn left at the traffic lights in Reichelsheim. It is now approx. 4 km to Fränkisch-Crumbach. After the town sign, drive directly towards the Horn bakery. There, directly in the bend, you have to turn left into Rodensteiner Str.. Turn right into the next street (Am Lohberg) and then left at the end of this street. You are now in Schafhofgasse.

Host informationSince 1992, I live in Fränkisch-Crumbach and enjoy every day of it. Being in the midst of nature, not far from extensive hiking trails which I can enjoy with my two dogs whenever I like. I have found my place.

Mit unseren beiden Hunden haben wir eine entspannte Woche im Odenwald verbracht. Die Wohnung war geräumig mit großem Balkon und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sprechen eine hundertprozentige Empfehlung aus. Nochmals dankeschön an Fr.Wien

Hat alles prima geklappt. Die flexible Gastgeberin konnte mich sogar abholen und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung - kompetent und unaufdringlich. Nach abwechslungsreichen Ausflügen zurück gabs Erholung in der großzügigen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Empfehlenswert, gern wieder und vielen Dank!
