Holiday destination

In addition to the holiday apartments, our complex houses a small farm, which is surrounded by forests and located at the end of a road. The extraordinary location on the edge of the sunny plateau above Lake Millstättersee was a popular destination for guests in the past. In addition to the most beautiful lake in Carinthia, many excursion destinations on the mountain or in the valley invite guests to linger and marvel.

Getting there

Arrival from Germany: You can reach us via the A10 Tauernautobahn, which ends at Konten Spittal Millstättersee. From there, you travel along the B98 Millstättersee federal road along the lake through the towns of Seeboden, Millstatt, and Pesenthein to Dellach. There you take the turn-off to the left towards Sappl; from there, continue to Matzelsdorf No. 21. The distance from Seeboden to Matzeldorf is around 13 km and takes around 20 minutes by car.

Unser Sommerurlaub bei Familie Gruber war toll. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, sauber, praktisch, ruhig, der Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge, das Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich. Familie Gruber ist total herzlich, es gab jeden morgen Tips für Unternehmungen. Allerdings sollte man mobil sein, der Hof ist außerhalb des Dorfes.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Wunderschön gelegen in den Kärtner Bergen eine Ruheoase mit toller Umgebung für unser Kids, super schöner und mit viel Liebe eingerichteter Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeber unglaublich bemüht und hilfsbereit. Außerdem ein megatolles Frühstück!
