The apartment is located opposite the Haus Erli. You only need 15 minutes to get to the center with many shops and restaurants.
You can go from the property directly in the hiking area Karwendel.

By car:
From Munich - A95 Garmisch-Partenkirchen - federal road B-2 direction Innsbruck - exit Mittenwald-North - then turn after village in the Mühlfeldstraße.
Next in the Tiefkarstraße and then left in the Dammkarstraße. Right on the Isar bridge and then head north go to the house Erli. The apartment Karwendelspitzblick located in the right "Zum Schmalzler".

Wir waren über Weihnachten dort und haben uns zu dritt wohlgefühlt.
Was war top? Die gefällige Einrichtung. Insgesamt gehobene Ausstattung, aber uns wundert, dass keine Teekanne vorhanden ist und nur metallische Pfannenhelfer für zerkratzte Teflonpfannen, sorry, das ist hilflos.
Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und sind insgesamt gut zurecht gekommen. Gut, dass jetzt der EDEKA da ist!
