Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend bei der Buchung. Leider vor Ort dann nicht mehr so engagiert. Das Haus ist toll und gut geschnitten. Leider waren beide Sonnenschirme defekt und das Haus war nicht sehr sauber. Die Bilder sind veraltet. Mittlerweile ist die Hecke höher und blickdicht was uns richtig gut gefallen hat. Von der Umgebung waren wir etwas enttäuscht da es in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Hafen zu Fuß schon recht weit war. Das Haus fanden wir mit den noch zusätzlich angerechneten Nebenkosten dann doch recht teuer.

Schon das es ihnen gefallen hatt in das Haus, Sie schreiben das Haus ware nicht sehr Sauber, warum melden Sie das nicht auf ihre anreise tag ? dan komt der Putzfrau das geleich in ordung machen, bei Anreise ist immer ein settel auf den Tisch das men anrufen muss wen etwas nicht in ordnung ist , so auch mit den Sonneschirmen wen Sie anrufen haben Sie inerhalb 2 tagen neue. Steht in der beschreibung das den Innestadt 2 km entfernt is von das park, Sie haben an nebenkosten nur 41,00 bezahlt das ist sehr gunstig fur eine woche. Das Haus war in Ordnung, nur die Treppe viel zu steil und gefährlich für kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen. Der Park, der Strand alles fantastisch, nur die Treppe sollte sicher gemacht werden. Hatten extra universelle Türgitter mit, die aber nicht passten und auch die Treppe nicht sicher machen konnten.
