Cancellation policy
Up to 28 days before your arrival, the accommodation agreement can be cancelled free of charge. Of course, we will refund your deposit.
In case of cancellation less than 28 days before the start of the booking or non-arrival, the down payment of 100 € will be used as a replacement for the rental loss and will not be refunded.
Cancellation due to Corona:
Book with us without worries - in the event of a travel warning, labeling as a risk area or an accommodation ban for the Lake Constance region during your booking period, there is an extended free cancellation option for both contractual partners within the 28-day period mentioned above.
Please inform me about this immediately after you have become aware of it. You can find my contact details here in the advertisement or in your booking confirmation.
All other cancellation conditions for my property remain unaffected.

For short stays we charge a surcharge of €20 for 1 night and €15 for 2 nights.
The tax collected is included in the final price (Tax No .: 87232/44503).
The municipality Sipplingen raises the landlord tax per person (from 15 years) per night.
The tax is currently 2.50 - 3.90 € and is charged in addition to the rental price.
The tourist tax includes, among other things, the free use of bus / train in the districts Bodenseekreis and Konstanz.

- coming from the A81 / A98 via the motorway exit Stockach (B 31), Ludwigshafen, Sipplingen (at the beginning of the village turn left into the street "Breite", after 430 m turn left into the street "Hirschacker", after 300 m turn right into the Haldenhofweg, you will find your holiday home after 90 m on the left side.)
- Coming from the east via Friedrichshafen (B 31), Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, Überlingen, Sipplingen (opposite the station turn right into the street "Im Breitenweingarten" and follow the curve, after 300 m straight ahead cross the intersection into the street " Hirschacker ", after 300 m turn right into the Haldenhofweg, you will find your holiday accommodation after 90 m on the left side.)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Es hat alles perfekt gepasst, die Wohnung ist in einem 1a Zustand, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Durch die Lage ist es am Tag wie auch in der Nacht sehr ruhig.
Der Ausblick ist ebenfalls fantastisch., die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und angenehm.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Urlaub am Bodensee die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser sauberen Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind super nett, die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, sogar Ventilatoren gegen die Hitze standen zur Verfügung. Der Seeblick ist toll und der Fußweg bis dahin nicht weit.
Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
